This two bedroomed holiday apartment is blessed with light throughout the day - ideal especially to enjoy the winter.

The balcony faces south-east round to west and there are windows to the living area round to south and west. However, there are heat-reflecting shutters throughout, as well. The bedrooms are on the cool side of the building.

The apartment is fully furnished for four adults; there is one blow-up mattress allowing for 5 people to sleep on adult-sized bedding.

We offer satellite television and broadband internet access, useful especially for longer term rentals.

Apartment Limnaria Lauretta is located on the first floor at the new, luxury Limnaria Villas residential complex in Kato Paphos, located away from the bustle of the main tourist area, yet only a couple of minutes walk from the municipal beach (Blue Flag), shops, restaurants, nightlife and the harbour area.

This 2 bedroom Apartment Limnaria Lauretta has a sister 3 bed apartment Lynette. They can be rented together to sleep 13 adults plus babies in cots.

The building is situated in beautiful, well-maintained gardens, with a swimming pool and a large sunbathing area.

The apartments are equipped with the following:

•  Living rooms: sofa (two sofa-beds in 3-bed apt.), armchairs according to the numbers catered for. Colour satellite TV, MP3, music centre, dining table and chairs, coffee tables/side-tables, lamps.

•  Bedrooms: (one double in each apartment, others - twin). Double fitted cupboards (with plenty of coat hangers), dressing tables, bedside tables with lamps, ample drawer space.

Child's cot available on request.

•  Kitchen areas, off the large open-plan living/dining areas: fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee making machines, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils.

•  Bathroom: bath with shower over, vanity unit and WC.

•  Shower room (3 bed apt. only): vanity unit, WC and shower cabin.

•  Broadband Internet

•  Entertainment: Board games, books, music tapes, satellite TV. Tourist information leaflets and maps to help plan your holiday.

•  Other: Iron, ironing board, clothes dryer for the veranda, bed linen, towels (including beach towels), hair dryers, picnic chairs and a picnic table, cooler box for you to take in the car for full-day excursions and picnics on the beach or in the mountains. Sun-loungers are provided round the pool and the apartments have additional lounger-chairs and sun-umbrellas.

•  Room Comfort: All rooms fitted with ceiling fans and air-conditioning units, all windows double-glazed. Heat-reflecting shutters to all rooms but bathroom and kitchen, fly screens to all.

• "Outside": Large verandas with dining table and chairs, overlooking the gardens and swimming pool.

•  For the physically less energetic: There are 18 shallow steps with hand rail up to the first floor. The baths/showers have support grab rails. The 3-bedroomed flat has a walk-in shower. The shower by the pool is also 'walk-in'! (The general area is flat, including the walk to the sea.)

•  Parking: ample off-road parking, located on a slip-road, not a through road.
 

The site has easy, non-complicated, access to Paphos airport and is about 15-20 minutes distant by car.
The central tourist area of town, harbour area and nightlife areas are around 10-15 minutes walk away.

The site is set back 4-5 minutes walk from the main coast road.

This side of the road is a small, colonnaded shopping complex with piazza-style restaurants, car hire and excursion bureaux, a small food market for basics and some other tourist shops for sandals, T-shirts etc. There are also a number of other restaurants.

Across the road is the beach (Blue Flag) with its beach bar and the new beach restaurant, with views of the sea and the harbour.

In season water sports equipment and water-based excursions e.g. diving, parasailing, can also be found here.
