Villa Vista is a modern stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa, situated in a Cul-de-Sac contains only seven villas, is well furnished to a high standard. It offers a wonderful bright, spacious open plan living area, creating superb social space. There are 2 patio doors onto the circular patio which is covered offering relief from the strong sun, yet overlooking the swimming pool and barbeque areas.

The rear aspect to Villa Vista is a delightful private area, benefiting from ample sun, facing to the sea with landscaped gardens. The kitchen area is well equipped with all one would need including a washing machine, there is a large dining table with 6 chairs and a useful ground floor toilet / cloakroom.

The 3 bedrooms are to the first floor and arranged; master bedroom (double) with en-suite shower room and patio doors to the large balcony, the second bedroom is also a double with doors to the balcony and the third bedroom is a twin room (with 2 single beds). There is a separate family bathroom, modern and tastefully tiled, which has a shower over the bath - all sleeping 6 adults comfortably.

Air conditioning is fitted for your comfort and is included in the rental of Villa Vista. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms which will gently circulate the air in the room. A Playstation2 is also included!

There is a high chair and cot hire facility - please enquire if needed.

There is now a new Z bed so can sleep up to 7 people.

Local Information:

If you have been to Paphos before - it's near the shipwreck! Tucked away at the end of a small private cul-de-sac, Villa Bella Vista is in a quiet peaceful location, yet only approximately 100m from the sea.

The villa is located by the dramatic coastline between Paphos and Coral Bay, here there is a delightful paved walkway, ideal for a morning walk or an evening stroll and the best place to witness spectacular sunsets.

There is a regular bus service which runs frequently from Coral Bay, to Paphos Old Town and the Harbour, (although only a 5 minute drive) here you have an abundance of shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, banks, supermarkets etc. Every visitor to this region should explore the 'Tomb of the Kings' archaeological site and the mosaics.

There are many tourist attractions in the region, including horse riding, Paphos animal & bird park, a water park, go-karts, boat trips, cinema, bowling to mention just a few. Within a very short drive one can explore the Akamas Peninsula, an area totally unspoilt of beautiful scenery, somewhere to escape to for peace & quiet. Paphos International Airport is approximately a 35 minutes drive.

For visitors who don’t want to drive there is a local bus into Paphos or Coral Bay at the top of the road approx 1km away. You can take a bus to anywhere even the main towns of Nicosia, Limassol or Larnaca. There are coastal walks to Paphos harbour which takes approx an hour or towards Coral Bay. There is a restaurant and bar within walking distance of the villa and 100 mtrs to the nearest hotel bar. The corner shop is about 800mtrs.

The villa is situated 8 mins drive to Coral Bay and 7 mins drive to Paphos and You can walk down a coastal path from the villa to Paphos harbour and its  25 mins drive away from Paphos airport.

The nearest pub to the villa is within a very short few minutes walking distance and is called THE DIMMA BAR.
