housekeeping services. If you do not
live in Cyprus permanently and only
visit a couple of times a year you
may need the place freshened up
prior to your arrival as Cyprus can
be a very dusty place to live!
Or you may need us to clean it for
you if you rent the property out and
it has been empty for a long time.
We also offer a builders clean if
your property is brand new and needs
a thorough clean to prepare it for
rental.

Pre Clean
This is
usually required when a property has
previously been cleaned but has been
empty for a while and guests/tenants
are due in.

Mid-Term
Cleaning
Mid-term cleans are available, these
consist of the following:
Please note on a mid
term linen/towel change
please be present at all times..
as its your sole responsibility to
lock up all personal valuable
belongings in the safe provided
including passports, money and
jewellery etc as no compensation can
be brought against the company or
their staff whatsoever for any
missing items or losses at any time
during your stay.
The Cleaners and Maids are within
the rights of these terms and
conditions to refuse to enter the
premises if you are not present
during this service. Also no credit
will be due to you at this time for
the lack of linen and bed changing
taking place.
The mid term linen change will be
done at midday
(exactly half way into your
holiday) so please ensure you are
available and access is possible as
the cleaning team will not enter the
premises whilst you are in residence
unless you are present. If they
cannot gain access, bedrooms are
occupied or are refused entrance for
any reason and therefore are unable
to change beds and perform their
duties then no
compensation/refund will be credited
as it will not be possible for them
to return to provide this mid stay
service during the rest of your
holiday due to our busy
periods. Please enquire what
day your mid term clean is taking
place if you are unsure. Unless
specified in your booking
confirmation this service is not included
in your holiday but can be purchased
and paid with reasonable notice on
resort.
