difficult it is when clients are requested
to vacate by 10am the apartment or villa at
the end of their stay in order for us to
arrange the cleaning for the same day next
arrivals .
This becomes even more unpleasant when the
clients vacating might not be flying out
until later in the evening, leaving them no
option but to wonder around killing time
with luggage in tow. Perhaps not really the
best ending to an otherwise great holiday.
Check out is always 10am sharp but if you
have requested a Late check out at the
time of your booking this may be possible,
depending on the incoming arrival. If a late check
has been paid and granted but then a new
booking is arriving before your departure
then this alternative arrangement will apply
and you will be moved to the last day
accommodation so the cleaners can prepare
the villa you are in for the new comers. In
all cases the transfer will be as convenient
and smooth as possible so you can enjoy your
precious last day of your holiday before
flying home! A taxi can be booked on your
behalf for cheaper local rates so the move
will be as inexpensive and quick for you
and your family as possible.

day in Cyprus in the ideal setting
where clients can relax in comfort with all
the facilities they need to enjoy their last
moments of their holiday. We provide various
options for clients offering a one bedroom
or two bedroom apartment.
All apartments
have:

Own bathrooms

Fully equipped kitchens

Lounge facilities and satellite T.V.

The complex itself offers a large pool with
showers and sun beds.
Once the clients have checked in to
the accommodation they will then be left to
relax during their last hours of sunshine.
Prices for use of this service is
£100 Stirling.
You will either be allocated late check
out in your existing accommodation or
moved to an alternative venue with as
much inconvenience as possible. Please
see terms and
conditions.
Subject to availability it
is possible to book the
villa for the night before
your arrival date and you
can then check in as early
as you want. This
is an option for those
travelling with the elderly,
young children and babies
with very early flight
arrivals. This will be
charged at the website rate
per rata for one extra
night. Otherwise the
villa remains available for
letting the
night before the arrival
date on your booking
confirmation and the very
earliest you will be able to
check in on the 3pm.
