villa
in a
quiet
location.
The
villa
had
everything
our
family
of
six
needed.
The
villa
was
clean
and
well
maintained,
extremely
spacious
and
everything
we
needed
that
allowed
us
to
eat
in,
every
other
day.
The
villa's
location
was
just
where
we
expected
it
to
be
and
2
minutes
from
the
sea
but
rocky
and
seaweed
in
the
sea.
No
beach
just
a
bit
of
sand
better
beach
Coral
bay.
Nice
paved
area
to
walk
on
and
a
bench
to
sit
on
to
look
out
to
sea.
We
were
pleasantly
surprised
to
find
a
local
bar
2
minutes
walk
from
the
villa.
The
owner
was
really
friendly.
The
description
about
the
local
area
was
spot
on.
The
local
bus
stop
was
just
up
on
the
main
road,
buses
running
every
half
an
hour
to
Paphos
and
Coral
bay
for
1
euro.
A
car
is
recommend
for
sightseeing
and
to
go
to
the
larger
supermarkets
that
5
minute
drive
away,
but
there
is a
smaller
supermarket
about
15
mins
walk
away.
Bus
service
great
if u
don't
want
a
car.
Lisa
and
Paul
Burton
provided
us
with
an
extremely
good
service,
they
were
available
whenever
we
required
any
information
or
if
we
needed
assistance.
They
gave
us
plenty
of
local
knowledge
from
restaurant
guides
to
avoiding
road
works
nothing
was
too
much
trouble.
There
are
some
great
restaurants
not
too
far
away
from
the
villa
avoiding
the
busier
paphos
harbour,
caravelle
and
sienna
are
extremely
good,
fantastic
food,
service
and
friendly
staff
and
so
is
Sids
taverna
in
Emba
but
you
need
a
car
to
get
to
it
or a
taxi.
The
taxi
company
Lisa
uses
is
Panicos
taxi's
they
are
fantastic,
english
speaking
safe
drivers,
very
reliable
and
friendly.
The
service
received
from
Lisa
and
her
staff
from
the
booking
stage
to
the
departure
was
faultless.
We
previously
book
package
holidays
and
were
very
apprehensive,
Lisa
made
the
experience
worry
free
and
we
are
looking
to
book
again.
I
would
certainly
recommend
the
villa
and
Lisa's
company
Oceana
holidays
to
all
of
my
friends
and

The air con in the master bedroom was leaking water and it was repaired the same day, then the washing machine stopped working and it was repaired the next day very good service. It was very hot in Cyprus but having our own pool helped, will definitely recommend your villa to friends and relatives.
