Villa Blue Apollo has a private pool, garden,
terrace area and a private driveway. The
layout of the property is aimed at family
living. The entrance hall leads to a small
vestibule that can lead either to the
kitchen or the living room. The kitchen is
separate to the living area and is of a very
nice size. The living area has a flat screen
TV with local TV with some UK channels, the furniture is
of a Mediterranean style. There is also a
dining area inside the living space and
outside dining furniture on the patio. There
are patio doors leading out onto the patio
and pool area. There are covered areas for
sitting and relaxing and uncovered area that
are ideal for sunbathing.
The downstairs also comprises of one twin
bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The
upstairs has got 3 bedrooms, one double room
and two more twin rooms. There are 2
bathrooms upstairs one of which is an
en-suite to one of the bedrooms. Two of the
upstairs bedrooms share a large balcony
which offers fantastic, not to be missed
views.
Villa Blue Apollo is in a prime location with
access to the sea, beach and is perfectly
positioned for all year round sunshine. In
addition to a private pool you will also
have the chance to use a large infinity
communal pool that looks out to the sea
which is stunning. A short walk from the
villa takes you to the beach which also
includes a small enclave that houses local
fishing boats that still operate in the
area.
With the overflow pool and spacious semi
shaded terrace areas surrounding the villa
and garden you are able to enjoy dining al
fresco. Beautiful sea and garden views are
enjoyed from almost every window of the Blue
Apollo 4 bed villa where the delightful
shrubs and flowers are well cared for. For
those guests hiring cars and jeeps there is
ample room on the generous drive way up to
the villa to park up to three vehicles. The
inside living space is airy and spacious
with patio doors on to the gardens and pool
area. This villa is ideal for families and
friends alike as there is plenty of
bathrooms and living space to enjoy a really
club med style holiday in the Cypriot
sunshine.
Chloraka Village is a short distance (2km)
from the busy harbour area (Kato Pafos) and
there are plenty of restaurants and
nightspots along the coast road. In the
other direction, the beautiful Coral Bay
beach is a few minutes away. A regular bus
service will take you in either direction
for a minimal fee (a five minute walk to
the bus stop). For trips further afield,
there are plenty of car hire establishments
along the coast road, or of course you can
book one of the many organised trips which
are available.
For visitors who don’t want to drive there
is a local bus into Paphos or Coral Bay at
the top of the road approx 1km away. You can
take a bus to anywhere even the main towns
of Nicosia, Limassol or Larnaca. There are
coastal walks to Paphos harbour which takes
approx an hour or towards Coral Bay. There
is a restaurant and bar within walking
distance of the villa and 100 mtrs to the
nearest hotel bar. The corner shop is about
800mtrs.
The villa is situated 15 mins drive to
Coral Bay and 10 mins drive to Paphos and
You can walk down a coastal path from the
villa to Paphos harbour and its 25 mins
drive away from Paphos airport.
The nearest pub to the villa is within a
very short few minutes walking distance and
is called THE DIMMA BAR.
