The location offers stunning views of the sea, starting from the Kato Paphos Lighthouse up to Coral Bay. The design of the villa is inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and the Greek islands.

All bedrooms of this lovely villa decorated and furnished to the highest standard and provide built in wardrobes and private en-suite facilities. Two of the bedrooms share a spacious balcony, which offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is decorated in the traditional Greek style and it is well equipped for self-catering with quality appliances.

Please note this villa is in a private cud de sac of 8 identical villas, -- Although the villas are designed and furnished all the same - The villa you will be allocated may not be the exact same one as the website. Each one is totally independent and set in its own ground with own private pool. Oceana holidays advertises three of this collection of villas: Villa Venus, Villa Pandora and Villa Gemma. They are all the same and are of a very high specification. All that alters is the position in the closeness of each one.

Villa Gemma offers easy access to local amenities. Its location allows easy access to many places of interest. Within 300m there is a tiny picturesque fishing harbour and the start of a beautiful footpath, which follows the coastline for 3.5km. It is ideal for jogging or for a quiet stroll offering at the some time spectacular views of the Mediterranean. In only a 5 minutes walk there is a regular bus service operates every 10 minutes into Paphos Town or Kato Paphos tourist area with the harbour and the Castle or to Coral Bay beach resort.

Nearby you can visit the postcard-perfect St George chapel and marvel at its architecture and frescoes. In the other direction (approx 2.5km) you can find the world famous Tombs of the Kings, and if you continue for another couple of kilometres, you will reach to the small harbour and Castle of Kato Paphos, right next to the Mosaics which are listed as an UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site, forming a large open air museum. By the harbour you can enjoy a meal (fish or Cypriot traditional food) or drink, or have a daily cruse around Paphos coastline.

The villa is situated 8 mins drive to Coral Bay and 7 mins drive to Paphos and you can walk down a coastal path from the villa to Paphos harbour and its 25 mins drive away from Paphos airport.
