Near to the charming church in the quant little village of Emba we are proud to offer the spacious and tastefully decorated  Villa Kathy which is located in a great central position in Paphos. The villa is spacious and airy with good sized rooms and boasts sea and country side views from all three bedrooms.

Sleeping up to 8 persons villa Kathy has its own private pool with plenty comfortable  poolside furniture to accommodate the full quota of clients

The master bedroom has an  en-suite and is tastefully decorated with  far reaching views from the balcony. There is ample storage space in the large fitted wardrobes. Walk in shower with WC and sink. The other two twin bedded rooms also have superb views from the adjoining balcony and both are  tastefully furnished with plenty of storage space, dressing tables  and bedside cabinets with ample lighting.

There is an elegant family sized bath room with a bath, shower, sink with shelf and mirror.

The tiled staircase leads  to another WC and  into the spacious hallway to the lounge & dining room with dining table with 6 chairs, 3 piece suite comprising double sofa bed, TV, DVD, Satellite box, radio & cd player with a large selection of cd's & DVD’s extra furnishings include nest of tables, bookcase, TV cabinet plus furnishings and rugs.

Altogether this delightful well maintained villa has everything you need for a great family holiday minutes away from everything in Paphos.

Air conditioning is available in all rooms for your comfort at an extra cost of 75 euros per week (optional).

EMBA:

Emba is a picturesque village in the district of Paphos at 135m above sea level surrounded by plantations of fruit trees such as lemons, oranges, nectarines and peaches and within close proximity to blue flag beaches, excellent golf courses, traditional tavernas and supermarkets. Works are scheduled to commence soon on a new 400-berth marina, which will be complete with shops and restaurants. It also boasts its own small theatre and a beautiful 12th Century domed church with impressive frescoes and fret worked gold plated iconostasis. It has a few shops and tavernas dotted along the narrow winding road where in the evening the local men can be seen sitting outside their coffee shops after spilling out onto the narrow roads on their wooden chairs.

The surrounding villages of Lempa, Chlorakas and Kissonerga all have local restaurants. Serving traditional Cyprus dishes as well as English ones.

Coral Bay is a few minutes drive away and its high street with a selection of bars and restaurants. It has a character of its own and is full of life. A few minutes drive further on, leads you to the blue flag sandy beach and water sports.
