Villa Kitty is one of two exclusive beach front villas. Built in a prestigious location only 20 meters from the rugged coast ensuring uninterrupted panoramic sea views.

Both villas are separated by a fence, distance between them is about 15-20 meters.

At the end of the garden towards the coast it is open and the grass area joins at the end.

Both of the villas are private around their own pools; and there is plenty of parking space.

Nobody owns the beach or the coast and it is public.

This villa offers an enchanting blend of Greek architecture combined with all the modern facilities of a superior villa.
Large terrace area for sunbathing and relaxation as well as a hammock for the more daring sun worshipers!
Perfect for families with children as there is a large immaculate grass lawn next to the pool. Car rental not necessary as the villa is located 5 minutes walk from a selection of restaurants and two minutes walk to the local Coral Bay to Paphos Bus route.

Open plan seating and dining area with comfortable sofas surrounding the fire place.
Satellite TV and DVD player which is an advantage for those wishing to escape the midday sun and relax whilst watching a DVD.
CD player, dining area seats 6 persons. The large wooden kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and electric oven and hob.
Down stairs guest toilet and wash basin.

Two downstairs bedrooms offering single beds, built in wardrobes and shower room en-suite with patio doors leading to the pool and terrace area.

One Master bedroom with double bed upstairs. offering private en-suite Jacuzzi bath, built in wardrobes and patio door leading to the balcony/terrace area overlooking the pool and offering astounding sea views and magnificent sun sets.
Sauna available at an additional charge (see below).

The private pool 8x4 meter with roman steps into the shallow end is located to the rear of the villa facing the sea. Barbecue, Umbrellas, sun beds provided.
