Villa Milly is a  lovely 3  bedroom villa available for a wonderful club med style holiday. Set amongst banana plantations and walnut groves in a peaceful and private location offering stunning views of the sea and sunsets.

The Villa is located in the centre of Kissonerga between Paphos and Coral Bay in a good idyllic location with stunning sea views and mountains views, and within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops. It is a spacious and modern villa tastefully furnished decorated and comfortable.

Fully air-conditioned (cooling and heating) with all bedrooms enjoying en-suite shower facilities and balconies. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor.

Villa Milly has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas with leather sofas. The private 8x4 meters pool is another attraction, bathed by the warm Cypriot sun all day, surrounded by a well tended garden and large sunbathing patio with its umbrellas and sunbeds. Outside there is a barbeque and dining furniture. The covered secured Garage complete the picture of this superb villa.

An extra travel bed can be provided on request for 7th person.

Kissonerga is a self sufficient cypriot village just outside of Paphos 5 kms from Coral Bay and metres from the coast having its own banks, chemists and supermarket.

Situated in a slightly elevated position all properties advertised in Kissonerga enjoy wonderful unobstructed sea views. The area is renowned for its banana groves and has therefore escaped the progress of new over build and retains its Cypriot charm.

Kissonerga enjoys its own local Vardas Beach with sun loungers provided with beachside restaurant and bar.
A regular bus service runs between Paphos town and Coral Bay stopping at Kissonerga every 15 minutes.

There are a choice of various restaurants, bars and tavernas all within walking distance making for a popular holiday base from which to enjoy.
