Villa Montana is a beautiful modern detached Villa Montana is perfect for family holiday in Cyprus, offering bright & spacious accommodation that’s exceptionally well equipped and very comfortable.

The main living area is a generous space with leather sofas, formal dining area with table & 6 chairs. 2 patio doors lead to the outside, where you have a delightful covered terrace with relaxing chairs overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens. Provided is a TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2 and satellite.

Villa Montana Montana consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, all bedrooms have private balconies where pleasant views are enjoyed to the mountains to the North East and sea glimpses to the South West. The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table and en-suite bathroom (with shower over the bath). The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are both twin rooms, with 2 single beds each, these are served by a separate bathroom (with shower over the bath). The kitchen is a separate room with patio doors to the rear, in all a well equipped room with all one would need including a washing machine and dishwasher. You will also find a ground floor cloakroom / WC.

One of the main features to Villa Montana Montana is the outside space, a stunning 8 x 4m pool surrounded by landscaped gardens, a variety of trees, bushes & shrubs carefully planted to make a picture of colour and to increase privacy to the pool area. You also have a pool shower, barbeque and ample parking with cover for the car. Air conditioning fitted for your comfort and is included in the rental.

There is a high chair and cot hire facility - please enquire if needed.

Situated at the very end of a small private cul-de-sac, accessed by a security gate, Villa Montana Montana enjoys a lovely quiet position away from busy roads & noisy bars, whilst only a short level stroll from Coralia Beach (approx 400m), a small sandy beach with a restaurant / tavern, small harbour, beach shop, free showers... This beach is adjoining the ever popular Coral Bay with water sports and beach cafe, then just along the road; a parade of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants... What more do you want from a Villa Montana?

There is a regular bus service from Coral Bay to Paphos Old Town and the Harbour, (also approximately a 10 minute drive) here you have an abundance of shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, banks, supermarkets etc. Every visitor to this region should explore the 'Tomb of the Kings' archaeological site and the mosaics… There are many tourist attractions in the region, including horse riding, Paphos animal & bird park, a water park, go-karts, boat trips, cinema, bowling to mention just a few…

Sat on the veranda overlooking the pool or relaxing on the private balcony you have a delightful sunny aspect and the Mediterranean Sea is just strolling distance away. Within a very short drive one can explore the prestigious Sea Caves and beautiful St George’s areas, a dramatic coastline on your doorstep and bordering the Akamas Peninsula, an area totally unspoilt of beautiful scenery, somewhere to escape to for peace & quiet...
