Villa Pearl is a Super luxury 3 bedroom Villa with private swimming pool and facilities for the disabled, situated just on the beach side in Paphos district area in Pomos village (near Polis), zero meters from the sea! The border of the villa's plot starts from the beach. It's maybe the nearest from the sea  villa in Cyprus. The sea here is safe and suitable for swimming as well.

- There are 2 bedroom upstairs and 1 downstairs which has facilities for the disabled.
- Every bedroom have it's own balcony or veranda.
- Totally the villa has 2 king-size beds of 6', 2 double beds of 4'each and 4 sofa beds of 3'6'' each.
- Every bedroom is equipped with 32" TV with DVD, Sat (Hotbird, Sky, Nilesat & Hellas Sat)
 
The bedroom downstairs has a king size bed of 6'(180cm) with all modern bedroom facilities.
A comfortable chair and coffee table is also available in the room.

The other bedroom upstairs with view to the sea & mountain has 2 beds of 4' each (120cm, almost double) and all the necessary bedroom facilities.
(In this bedroom they can sleep 2 persons comfortable but if necessary can sleep up to 4 persons.)

The Lounge area has 4 triple sofas where can be converted to beds of 3'6'' (so if necessary 3-4 person can sleep here as well)
There are 3 en-suited bathroom one in each bedroom.
The downstairs en-suite has a shower cubicle and that is also convenient for the disabled.
The Sauna-bathroom is located so as according to your desire to be private for the bedroom downstairs (en-suite) or shared with other bedrooms.

All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathroom facilities with razor plug and bell button for emergency.
Both the 2 upstairs have WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment.

There are 5 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating covering all areas of the Villa.
Those are distributed: 1 in each bedroom (total 3) and 2 on lounge, dining room and kitchen area (open plan area).
The use of Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the additional cost of 5.00 Euro per day per unit.
You may select on request any no. of units prior you come or when you arrive at the villa.
Ceiling fan provided also for all the bedrooms Free of Charge.
Barbeque:
A Professional BBQ is been established in the outside area of the villa. There you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". For that we have all the machineries and equipments.
There is an able parking place for 2 cars in the garage of the villa (inside the building) and the cars can go through from both directions of it.

This close garage is very useful on summer (keeps your car cool) and also useful on winder during raining you can enter the villa using the 2 side doors.

Also this side doors of the garage is useful for families with disables people where they can enter directly in the villa without using any stairs.

In the outside of the garage there is also able parking for another 2-3 cars.

A pool table (billiard table) 7'x3.5' makes the villa more enjoyable during your stay.

This extra will be charged with the small fee of €50 cents coin per game. For unlimited games you may pay €5.00 Euro per day.

This is located near the swimming pool area under the new Gazebo which keeps shade for you in the summer time.
At the Gazebo we have also establish some GYM equipments like treadmill, gym bench and various free weights

In the winder season gives you temperature during the cold weather as the Gazebo is closed with Glass windows.

Solar Heated Pool:
The temperature of pool's water can heated using 20 Solar Panels 2x1 meters. Depending on the season and assuming that in Cyprus we have 11 months per year sunny days the temperature of the water can be rising up to 10 degrees Celsius higher than the normal temperature of other pools. This can be adjusted in the possible limits for not overheating according to your request. This facility of the pool is completely FREE. (Please note since the facility of the pool heating using solar panels is offered free and it's operation depends 100% on the sun we are not responsible for reduced operation in case of not sun shining days. The solar works good for sun shining days from the period about April - end of October - mid November assuming that you keep the pool cover on top) 20 Solar Panels 2x1m for Pool Heating

Gas heated pool: In addition to the above the Heating of the pool is now boosted using Fuel Boiler, so now we may quarantine the heating of the pool up to 30 degrees Celsius all the year round. The heating of the pool using the fuel boiler (optional) is charged extra as follows: 120 Euro per day from November - March, and 80 Euro per day from April - October.
Note: The above price is for 5 days min. We may quarantine this facility will operate satisfactory assuming that you keep the cover on top at night and generally keep the pool covered anytime you don't using it. Covering the pool it's very important for the good operation of the water heating.

(as the water of the pool is heated!)

We are proud to announce the use of new and proven technologies for sanitizing the water of the pool without the need of chorine or other dangerous chemicals. For more safety this is achieved with 3 different technologies combining together, as follows:
1) Ozonating the pool by adding in the pool's water Ozone (O³) which sterilize the water by killing any kind of bacteria & algae and makes crystal water.
2) Use of the UV technology to sterilize the pool water (kills all known bacteria)
3) Use of Ionizing the water (putting positive ions of Cooper, Silver and Zink in the pool, which also kills any kind of bacteria).
Those above technologies are 100% safe & environment friendly and have been used the last years in the Olympic pools. You can find anyway a lot of articles in the internet proving that.

Jacuzzi:
The swimming pool has a luxury Jacuzzi for 4-5 persons in the shallow end of pool's "L".

Additional the Pool has the following equipments:

8 wooden sun beds with soft bed
3 Sun-Umbrellas
Big Wooden garden table with 8 chairs

Entrances:
The pool has 2 entrances: with ramp (light brown colour) to the shallow end (70cm deep which is suitable for the disabled and children) and with a ladder to the deep end (1.70m deep for adults). Different levels are separated with a line of navy blue colour.
Safety:

The deep end is divided from the shallow end by a rope with balls for child safety.
The whole area of the pool is enclosed by 1.10m high railing and gates access for wheel chair. This feature makes the pool safe for families with small children.

Lights:
The pool has 4 underwater lights for the night swimming.
Also there are 2 small underwater lights in the Jacuzzi area (the half cycle area).
Additional lights there are outside in the surrounding of the swimming pool area, as well as in the whole area around the villa and also including the the stairs from the pool up to the beach.
 

Facilities for the disabled, children & elderly people
The whole area of villa is designed to be friendly for the disabled and elderly people, for that we provide:
4 ramps for wheel Chairs access (from the main entrance, from the garage and from the veranda of bedroom downstairs to the swimming pool.)
For bedroom downstairs there is a Shower/Sauna instead of bath, which is more suitable for the disabled and elderly people. Inside the bathroom there is Bell-button for Emergency signal.
The bathroom for the downstairs bedroom have 3 support rails (Grab rails) for the toilet

Support rails there is also in the bath for the both upstairs bathrooms
1.10 m high railing around the swimming pool & terrace for children safety
There is gate for children safety from the upper bedrooms to the stairs.
There is easy access by wheel chair to all places outside the building, pool and garden.
Easy access by Ramp for entering the pool.

A Mobility scooter with speed up to 15km/h is also available for rent, please contact us below for rates).
