This brand new luxury villa is situated in the heart of the famous Coral Bay resort, and is in easy walking distance of all amenities. Car hire is not required, but can be arranged at your request. The Villa is only a two minute  walk  from the nearest restaurant and bars. The famous Coral Bay beach is approximately a ten minute walk. The nearest public pay phone is two minutes away as is the bus stop on the main route into Paphos. Transfer time from Paphos international airport is roughly twenty minutes by car. Golf days can also be arranged, green fees, tee times, golf lessons contact us with your requirements an we will arrange everything for you.

SLEEPING

The villa comprises of three bedrooms in total: 1 double, with en-suite, and 2 twin rooms with a shared family bathroom. A double sofa bed in the lounge allows room for up to 8 people to sleep comfortably. And the downstairs w/c is very useful.

There is a high chair and cot hire facility - please enquire if needed.

ENTERTAINMENT

Inside the villa you will find satellite TV with English stations, a DVD player, a music system to play your own CD'S etc, and a games console with a selection of games for all ages. You can listen to UK radio stations via the satellite system that is connected to the music system. A selection of board games, cards etc are provided for your parties use.

EATING AND LIVING

There is a very large lounge, a formal dining area, and informal kitchen- breakfast room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bed linen, towels, and all cooking utensils are provided. Air conditioning is available to keep the villa cool
