Villa Rosa is a stunning 4 bedroom villa with communal pool and Spectacular Sea and Mountain Views. Situated in a fantastic location just 2 minutes walk to St George Beach, Shops and Restaurants. The property is fully air-conditioned which easily converts to provide heating if required and there is internet access. The lower ground floor accommodation is suitable for grand parents and grand children or children only. A playroom is also available next to the fourth bedroom.
Located in a peaceful yet central location close to all the amenities, Villa Rosa has fantastic sea views of the entire coastline from Coral Bay to the Akama Nature Reserve. This is a quiet and peaceful complex yet only a couple of minutes walk from excellent restaurants for fine cuisine and 5* hotels for spas and gyms for the more active visitor.
Villa Rosa benefits from its ideal location which is equidistant from the famous Paphos harbour with its Byzantine fort and the well renowned Coral Bay. These sites plus golf are just 10-15 minutes drive away. This spacious accommodation with luxury finishes and quality furniture with Mediterranean climate could easily make alfresco dining on the balcony a norm. With comfortable beds for 10 people, the villa is ideal for large families or groups as well as wedding parties. Though self catering, on site catering can also be provided at additional cost.
